Children over 12 welcome. Our suite contains a sofa bed in the living room area. This is the only room which can sleep three people. An extra person in the suite - 30 euros per night.
20% non refundable deposit required at booking. Balance due at check out.

Check in hours are 3 - 7 pm. Hours outside of these will have to be cleared first with the owners.
Check out time is 11 am.
The guest rooms are non smoking rooms, smoking is permitted outside on the terraces.
Cancellation:
We have only three rooms, and provide an extremely individual and private holiday experience. Our goal is to remain this small and special.
The initial 20% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, a total of 50% of the room rate will be due.
If you cancel 1 day or less before your arrival, the full balance of your stay will be due.
